// Vroom

RFP intake + marketing reports. One Google connect.

Vroom turns your Gmail, Ads, Search Console, Business Profile, and GA4 into the reports you actually send. Built for boutique agencies, by an agency.

Most agencies waste hours every week stitching reports across five tools — and lose RFPs in Gmail threads. Vroom is one connection, one workspace, one OAuth flow. Connect Google. The reports build themselves.

RFP intake

Gmail watch turns inbound briefs into structured records. No more lost threads.

Marketing reports

One canvas: spend, leads, ROAS, queries, reviews, sessions — per client, on cadence.

One Google connect

Single OAuth flow across five Google APIs. No per-tool token juggling. No CSV exports.

For boutique agencies

No enterprise pricing. No enterprise complexity. Built by an agency that runs on it.
